SkyVector Media Supports the Georgia Fallen Heroes’ Classic Charity Golf Tournament
Updated: Aug 17

On April 24, 2026, at Lake Jonesco Golf Course, the Georgia Fallen Heroes’ Classic brought together county leaders, public safety professionals, families, and community supporters to honor those who gave their lives in service to Georgia. SkyVector Media was proud to be a sponsor of this year’s event and to stand with the counties and agencies we serve.
The Fallen Heroes’ Classic is more than a tournament. It is a gathering that recognizes sacrifice, supports families, and strengthens the ties between civic organizations and the communities they protect. For SkyVector Media, sponsorship is a way to show up in a meaningful way. We provide technical services to counties and municipalities, but our work is rooted in a simple purpose. We help local governments protect the buildings and systems that support everyday life. That purpose aligns directly with the mission of this event.
Sponsorship is not just a logo on a banner. It is a commitment of resources, time, and attention. At Lake Jonesco we met county staff, public safety leaders, and volunteers. We listened to their priorities and learned more about the challenges they face in maintaining safe, reliable facilities. Those conversations matter. They inform how we design inspection programs, how we present data, and how we deliver documentation that county officials can use with confidence.
I want to acknowledge one person in particular. Dominick Villano, Deputy Director of Rockdale County General Services Department, played a key role in bringing partners together for this event. His leadership and steady focus on public service made a real difference. SkyVector Media is grateful for his work and for the opportunity to support an event he helped champion.
As founder, I want to share a personal note. “Supporting the Georgia Fallen Heroes’ Classic is an honor for SkyVector Media. We are committed to the counties and agencies we serve, and we are committed to the families and communities who rely on them. Standing with the public safety community is not just the right thing to do. It reflects the values that guide our work every day.” Those words reflect how we approach our municipal work. When we perform thermal roof and façade inspections for a county, we are providing data that helps officials make defensible budget decisions, prioritize repairs, and reduce the chance of emergency failures. Those outcomes protect people and public funds. They also support the same public safety mission that the Fallen Heroes’ Classic honors.
At the tournament we had practical conversations about how inspection data can be used in capital planning. We discussed contractor verification and how thermal evidence can support warranty claims. We talked about archiving inspection results for audit and insurance purposes. These are the outcomes procurement officers and facilities managers need. They are the same outcomes that drive our services and the reason counties trust us to deliver consistent, documented results.
Community stewardship is not a one day activity. It is an ongoing responsibility. Sponsoring the Fallen Heroes’ Classic is one way we demonstrate that responsibility. It is also an opportunity to reinforce the relationships that make municipal work possible. Strong partnerships between vendors, county staff, and public safety agencies lead to better outcomes for residents. They also create a network of accountability and support that matters when budgets are tight and risks are real.
To everyone who organized, volunteered, and participated in the Georgia Fallen Heroes’ Classic at Lake Jonesco on April 24, 2026, thank you. To Dominick Villano and the Rockdale County team, thank you for your leadership. SkyVector Media will continue to invest in partnerships that strengthen Georgia counties, support public safety, and honor those who serve.
If your county is interested in learning more about how thermal inspections can support capital planning and public safety, we are ready to help. We will keep showing up, listening, and delivering services that matter.
